At MICEcafe Merchandise, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure that you are happy with every product you purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, our refund policy is designed to provide you with a smooth and straightforward resolution.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Standard Products: Items in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged, may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
  • Customized Products: Due to the unique nature of custom orders, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: In case of any defects or damages on receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with images and details of the issue.

2. Refund Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@micecafemerchandise.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Approval & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale Items: Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account, as processing times vary.
  • If it’s been more than 10 business days since our refund approval, please contact us for assistance.
